Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of common property areas.
- Prepare, convene, and minute Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and extraordinary meetings.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and levy collections for Owners' Corporations.
- Ensure strict compliance with the German Condominium Act (WEG-Gesetz) and other relevant regulations.
- Liaise effectively with owners, residents, contractors, and legal advisors to resolve issues.
- Oversee maintenance projects, insurance claims, and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all managed properties.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in body corporate or property management.
- In-depth knowledge of German property law (WEG-Gesetz) and regulations.
- Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., DOMUS, Wodis Sigma).
- Fluent German and professional English language skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
