Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and manage company credit card expenses.
- Prepare payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial adjustments.
- Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
- Support the management team with financial data analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role for at least 2 years.
