Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and related statutory deductions.
- Maintain organized and accessible financial filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Adhere to all company financial policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards.
- Assist senior finance staff with audits and financial analyses as required.
- Continuously learn and apply new accounting software and methodologies.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certificate or diploma in accounting/finance is a plus.
