Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily financial transactions in ledgers and accounting software.
- Assist with data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash.
- Maintain organized and accessible financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries as required.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative duties within the finance department, including filing and data management.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
