Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Help with bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Maintain organized and confidential financial records, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as requested.
  • Assist in gathering documentation for audits and financial reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the finance department.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and accounting best practices.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
