Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort and categorize various types of beverage containers (plastic, glass, aluminum, tetra-pak) according to established guidelines.
- Operate and monitor sorting equipment, ensuring smooth workflow and identifying any potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading containers as required, ensuring proper handling to prevent breakage or damage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily targets and operational concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to waste management and recycling protocols.
- Perform basic quality checks on sorted materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Be available for flexible shifts as agreed upon, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
