Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated Bouncer to join our elite team, supporting various vibrant clubs, bars, and event venues across Netherton and the wider Liverpool area. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons and staff. You will be the face of security, responsible for the controlled entry and exit of guests, managing crowd dynamics, and proactively addressing potential issues with tact and authority.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage controlled entry and exit of patrons, verifying identification and age requirements.
- Enforce venue policies, dress codes, and house rules courteously and consistently.
- Conduct thorough searches for prohibited items as per venue policy and legal requirements.
- Monitor crowd behavior, identify potential conflicts, and intervene to de-escalate situations professionally.
- Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations, coordinating with relevant personnel.
- Collaborate with venue staff, management, and emergency services when required.
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a visible and reassuring presence to deter anti-social behavior.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Proven experience in a security, door supervisor, or bouncer role (minimum 1.5 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and authoritative under pressure
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid at Work certification
- Experience working in high-volume club or event environments
- Knowledge of local licensing laws and regulations in Liverpool
- Conflict Resolution training
