Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, including styling advice and product recommendations, to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is consistently clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, restocking merchandise, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges professionally and courteously, aiming for swift resolution.
- Actively promote current promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Collaborate effectively with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and operational excellence goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and styling techniques, with an ability to apply them.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business needs.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Prior experience with high-end or boutique fashion retail, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
