Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always tidy, attractive, and reflects brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new shipments, ticketing, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Help organize and execute promotional events and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns/exchanges professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and competitor activities to better serve customers.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and securing the premises.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably within fashion or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling principles.
