Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
- Ensure accurate product display and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to guidelines.
- Support the sales team by ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices.
- Perform routine stock counts and assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the boutique premises.
- Assist with preparing items for promotions, sales events, and seasonal changes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (SSCE)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
