Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
- Accurately process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, product displays, and fitting rooms.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new merchandise, ticketing items, and restocking shelves.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, care instructions, and brand stories with enthusiasm.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Uphold the boutique's brand image and standards through impeccable personal presentation and service excellence.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security protocols.
