Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the boutique, providing a friendly and approachable presence.
- Actively assist customers in finding products, offering recommendations, and answering questions about merchandise features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Assist with merchandising displays, ensuring products are attractively arranged and restocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive customer experience.
