Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the branch manager and team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
  • Assist with the processing of operational transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
