Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate and schedule ambassador activities, content creation, and campaign participation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for brand ambassadors, providing support and communication.
- Monitor ambassador performance, gather data, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Support the creation and distribution of ambassador briefs, guidelines, and toolkits.
- Help manage ambassador incentive programs and ensure timely reward distribution.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and client teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Assist with social media content review and ensure brand messaging consistency.
- Maintain organised records of ambassador agreements, communications, and assets.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute innovative ideas.
