This pivotal role is instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strategic partnerships that amplify our diverse brand portfolio across Zimbabwe and potentially beyond. As a Brand Partnership Outreach Specialist, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market reach, enhancing brand visibility, and driving mutual growth through collaborative ventures. You will conceptualize and execute comprehensive outreach strategies, engaging with potential partners ranging from complementary businesses and media outlets to community organizations and influencers. This position demands a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a keen understanding of market trends within the Zimbabwean context. We are looking for someone who thrives on building robust relationships, negotiating win-win scenarios, and delivering measurable results that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential brand partners that align with Innscor Africa's brand values and strategic objectives.
 - Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to initiate contact and establish rapport with key decision-makers.
 - Present compelling partnership proposals that clearly articulate mutual benefits and strategic value.
 - Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
 - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, acting as a primary point of contact.
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities to identify new avenues for growth.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure seamless partnership execution and integration.
 - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or brand partnership roles.
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate value propositions.
 - Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals.
 - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 - Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
 - Deep understanding of the Zimbabwean market and consumer landscape.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
 - Experience within the FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors in Zimbabwe.
 - A network of existing contacts within the Zimbabwean business and media landscape.
 - Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and influencer outreach.
