Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or requests regarding breakfast options.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and according to established standards.
- Monitor food levels and temperatures to maintain freshness and compliance with health regulations.
- Clean and sanitize buffet equipment, tables, and the breakfast area throughout service hours and after closure.
- Assist with the preparation of basic food items as needed (e.g., cutting fruit, preparing coffee).
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction.
