Key Responsibilities
- Set up and arrange the breakfast buffet area efficiently and aesthetically before service commencement.
- Ensure all breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments, are fully stocked and presented appealingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the breakfast area, dining space, and kitchen equipment throughout service.
- Greet staff and guests warmly, assisting with any requests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor food levels and temperatures, promptly replenishing items and discarding anything past its prime.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and sanitize surfaces after breakfast service, preparing the area for the next operational phase.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, food shortages, or guest feedback to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
