Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled bricklayers and masons with various tasks as directed.
- Prepare and mix mortar, cement, and other construction materials accurately.
- Transport bricks, blocks, and other materials around the construction site efficiently and safely.
- Clean and prepare work areas, ensuring a tidy and safe environment for all team members.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (e.g., wheelbarrows, shovels, trowels).
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Learn and apply basic bricklaying techniques and construction best practices.
- Support site management in maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
