Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, hallways, and facilities.
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general fixtures.
  • Monitor and inspect the building's infrastructure regularly to identify and report any major repair needs to management.
  • Manage waste disposal, including coordinating refuse collection and maintaining clean waste areas.
  • Ensure the security of the premises, including locking and unlocking doors, monitoring access, and reporting suspicious activities.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including sweeping pathways, tending to basic landscaping, and ensuring clear access routes.
  • Respond promptly to occupant requests and concerns regarding building maintenance and services.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events or meetings as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in building maintenance or caretaking.
