Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly dedicated, meticulous, and proactive Building Caretaker to oversee the comprehensive management and maintenance of one of our prestigious properties situated on the renowned Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island. Your primary mission will be to ensure a consistently safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of the property, including common areas, exterior grounds, and building systems.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and surrounding grounds.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs according to established schedules.
- Monitor and report any major maintenance issues, structural defects, or security concerns to management.
- Coordinate with and oversee external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and tools.
- Implement and enforce property rules and regulations as advised by management.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are observed on the property.
