Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Building Inspectors during on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Document inspection findings, observations, and measurements accurately and thoroughly.
- Learn to identify common building code violations and safety hazards under supervision.
- Help prepare inspection reports and necessary correspondence.
- Maintain organized records of inspections, permits, and related documentation.
- Communicate politely and professionally with property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
