Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs proactively and prevent potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC filters, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, and lighting systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and general building structures.
- Execute repairs and replacements of fixtures, appliances, and building components as needed, ensuring quality and durability.
- Maintain grounds and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and attractive landscaping where applicable.
- Assist with painting, plastering, minor masonry, and other aesthetic upkeep projects to preserve property appearance.

Required Skills
