Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during transit, boarding, and alighting.
- Assist passengers, particularly children, elderly, or those with special needs, with entering and exiting the bus.
- Maintain order and discipline on the bus, addressing any disruptive behavior calmly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with the bus driver regarding traffic conditions, passenger needs, or any incidents.
- Perform regular checks to ensure no passenger is left behind after reaching the destination.
- Inspect the bus for lost and found items at the end of each shift and report them accordingly.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure passenger evacuation and safety.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior during and after journeys.
- Act as a liaison between passengers/guardians and the transportation service, conveying important information.
