Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers, especially students, with safe boarding and disembarking from the bus.
- Ensure all passengers are seated properly and follow safety regulations throughout the journey.
- Monitor passenger behavior to maintain a calm and orderly environment.
- Communicate effectively with the bus driver regarding any issues or concerns.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary and report any incidents promptly.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including securing wheelchairs or other mobility aids.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bus interior.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip checks of safety equipment and passenger areas.
- Report mechanical issues or necessary repairs to appropriate personnel.
- Participate in ongoing training and safety drills as required.
