Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and alighting the bus, paying special attention to the elderly, disabled, and children.
  • Accurately collect fares, issue tickets, and provide change efficiently.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey.
  • Communicate effectively with the bus driver regarding stops, passenger movements, and any incidents.
  • Provide clear and concise information about routes, stops, and schedules as needed.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness within the bus cabin, reporting any issues to the driver or supervisor.
  • Handle passenger inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
  • Report any unusual occurrences, breakdowns, or security concerns to the appropriate channels.
  • Adhere strictly to all JUTC operational procedures and safety regulations.
