Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently collect fares from passengers and issue accurate tickets using our electronic ticketing system or approved manual methods.
  • Manage cash transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings and performing daily reconciliation of collected fares.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, particularly focusing on the elderly, children, and those with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Provide clear, concise, and helpful information regarding bus routes, stops, and schedules to passengers, addressing their queries courteously.
  • Maintain order and discipline on the bus, addressing any disputes or disruptive behavior professionally and calmly.
  • Communicate effectively and continuously with the bus driver regarding traffic conditions, passenger loads, potential hazards, and any operational issues.
  • Promptly report any mechanical faults, incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities to the relevant supervisors and operations team.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the bus interior throughout the shift, promoting a comfortable environment for all passengers.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws set forth by local authorities.
