Key Responsibilities
- Operate public transport buses safely and efficiently on assigned routes, adhering to strict schedules.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers, including safe boarding, alighting, and driving practices.
- Collect fares, issue tickets, and assist passengers with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, reporting any defects or mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bus interior, ensuring a comfortable environment for passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Manage unexpected situations such as traffic delays, diversions, or emergencies with professionalism and effective communication.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with special needs when required.

Required Skills
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Category PCV/D)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably public transport
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a patient and calm demeanor
