Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimized workflows and solutions.
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements through various techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
