Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst focused on Performance and Growth to join our innovative team in St Jean, Quatre Bornes. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying key business opportunities, optimizing operational performance, and driving sustainable growth across various business units within Rogers Group. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, market intelligence, and strategic thinking to provide actionable insights that inform crucial business decisions. This position requires a proactive individual who can dive deep into complex data sets, interpret trends, forecast outcomes, and translate findings into clear, compelling recommendations for senior management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, and IT, to implement performance improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance across various departments and projects, identifying key drivers, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Perform market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Translate complex data sets and analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to define business requirements, assess operational processes, and design solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support new initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build consensus on proposed solutions.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes aimed at improving business performance and reporting capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate existing analytical tools and methodologies, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.
  • Contribute to strategic planning exercises by providing data-driven insights and forecasting future business performance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on performance, growth, or strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, financial modeling, and economic principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools or predictive modeling.
  • Prior experience in diversified holdings, financial services, logistics, or hospitality sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
