Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, user stories, and system diagrams.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Support testing efforts, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
