Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in generating new sales leads through various channels, including online research, professional networks, and social media.
  • Support the business development team in preparing compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information, communication logs, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in drafting professional communication for outreach efforts, including emails and call scripts.
  • Collaborate with senior Business Development Managers to develop and implement new business strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to gain exposure, build foundational relationships, and represent Career.zycto.
  • Provide general administrative support to the business development team to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong initiative.
