Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities within the HR technology sector.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Assist in the development and execution of targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and develop compelling sales collateral.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify potential growth areas.
  • Represent Career.zycto at industry events, webinars, and conferences as needed.
  • Provide feedback from clients and prospects to internal teams to help improve product and service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment and talent acquisition industry.
  • Additional language skills, particularly French or Spanish.
