Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our vibrant team in Bedok, Singapore. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ready to spearhead our market expansion and drive revenue growth. As a Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily within the Singaporean market, and potentially extending to the broader APAC region. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to cultivating strong client relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and successfully closing deals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in key markets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and email outreach.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, ideally within the HR Tech or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and talent acquisition challenges faced by businesses.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
