Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities and target markets for client acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to create integrated client solutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, activity, and results to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Represent KWV at industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition (minimum 3 years)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

- Fluency in additional South African languages.
