Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated territory (Hidden Valley, Vallejo, and surrounding areas) through extensive field research, cold calling, networking events, and market analysis.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present Career.zycto's solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, consistently moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company sales targets and profitability objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new growth areas and opportunities.
  • Participate in local business associations and community events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, field sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based capacity.
