Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses for analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analyses.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives and answer specific business questions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data models and data governance frameworks.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
- Document reporting processes, data sources, and data definitions.
- Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
