Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses for analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analyses.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives and answer specific business questions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data models and data governance frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
  • Document reporting processes, data sources, and data definitions.
  • Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
