Job Description

Are you an exceptional communicator with a passion for technology and empowering others? Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Systems Trainer to join our team in the vibrant heart of Munich. This is a full-time opportunity where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency by ensuring our employees are fully proficient and confident users of our diverse range of business applications and systems.

As our Business Systems Trainer, you will be the bridge between complex technical functionalities and practical user application. Your primary mission will be to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that demystify our enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and various bespoke internal tools. You will transform potentially daunting technical implementations into engaging, accessible, and highly effective learning experiences. This isn’t just about teaching button-clicks; it’s about fostering understanding, promoting best practices, and driving user adoption to unlock the full potential of our technological investments.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt training methodologies to suit different learning styles, and translate intricate system logic into clear, actionable insights for users at all levels, from new hires to seasoned professionals. You will collaborate closely with IT specialists, business process owners, and department heads to identify training needs, prepare rollout strategies for new system features or implementations, and ensure seamless transitions. Your success will directly contribute to reduced support queries, improved data quality, and a more productive, tech-savvy workforce. If you are a natural educator with a keen eye for system functionality and a knack for making the complex simple, we invite you to help us build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence at Career.zycto.
