Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs and curricula for new and existing business systems, including ERP, CRM, and internal proprietary applications.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences, utilizing various methods such as in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and self-paced e-learning modules.
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, quizzes, and performance metrics, continuously refining programs based on results and user needs.
- Provide ongoing post-training support, acting as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for user queries related to system functionality.
- Collaborate with IT teams, system administrators, and business unit leaders to understand new system functionalities, updates, and upcoming rollouts.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in training and instructional design, as well as advancements in business systems technology.
- Document training processes, maintain training records, and manage training schedules.
- Support change management initiatives by clearly communicating system changes and their impact on user workflows.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Business Systems Trainer or similar role, preferably in an IT or corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software applications and systems.
- Demonstrable experience in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency with various training tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office Suite, LMS platforms, virtual meeting tools).
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken) is essential for communication with our diverse teams in Munich.
