Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and maintain the highest safety standards for all passengers and crew, including conducting thorough pre-flight safety checks, demonstrating safety procedures, and ensuring cabin security.
  • Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and duty-free products with efficiency and precision, accurately handling transactions and managing inventory.
  • Manage and resolve passenger issues or concerns promptly and efficiently, demonstrating discretion and maintaining composure in challenging situations to ensure a pleasant travel experience.
  • Administer first aid or emergency medical assistance when necessary, following established protocols and liaising with the flight deck crew.
  • Ensure cabin cleanliness, organization, and adherence to airline brand standards throughout the flight, including pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties.
  • Collaborate effectively and seamlessly with the flight deck crew, ground staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations, timely departures, and overall operational excellence.
  • Complete all necessary pre-flight and post-flight documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the aviation, hospitality, or customer service industries (1-2 years preferred)
  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions
  • Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German)
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an asset
