Key Responsibilities
- Install and connect cable television, internet, and phone services in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot service issues using specialized equipment.
- Run and secure various types of cabling (coaxial, fiber optic) from the pole or pedestal to the customer's premises.
- Install and configure modems, routers, set-top boxes, and other customer premise equipment.
- Educate customers on how to use their new services and equipment effectively.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during installations and repairs.
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain detailed records of services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment in good working condition.
