Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of cable, internet, and digital phone services for residential and business customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on service features, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company procedures, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Manage and maintain company-issued equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner, documenting services performed and materials used.
- Represent the company professionally, providing excellent customer service during all interactions.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital devices for work orders and communication.
- Aptitude for mechanical and technical problem-solving.
