Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of cable, internet, and digital phone services for residential and business customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on service features, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company procedures, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Manage and maintain company-issued equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner, documenting services performed and materials used.
  • Represent the company professionally, providing excellent customer service during all interactions.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen willingness to learn new technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital devices for work orders and communication.
  • Aptitude for mechanical and technical problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Basic understanding of electronics or networking concepts.
  • Comfortable operating a company vehicle.
