Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master various coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction and milk frothing.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the café, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring supplies, and notifying management of low stock.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
