Key Responsibilities

  • Handle food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and other snacks, ensuring proper presentation and hygiene.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions, and manage daily sales reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including café counters, seating areas, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures of the café, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service during peak hours.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role.
