Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and fresh juices, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Handle cash and card payments using a POS system, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory for beverages, snacks, and other supplies, communicating needs to the supervisor.
- Assist with basic food preparation, such as pastries or light snacks, as required.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
