Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and provide excellent service with a friendly, welcoming demeanour.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees.
- Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve food items, pastries, and snacks to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café seating area, counters, and equipment.
- Restock display cases, condiment stations, and other service areas as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and preparation tasks.
