Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, take food and beverage orders accurately, and process payments using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Career.zycto's high standards.
- Handle and serve food items, including pastries and light snacks, ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Restock inventory for beverages, food items, and supplies as needed throughout your shift.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the café is ready for service or secured for the night.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working atmosphere.
