Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the cafe team to ensure peak performance and a positive work environment.
  • Oversee all daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, actively engaging with patrons to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and order placement to maintain optimal product availability and minimize waste.
  • Handle cash, process payments, and perform end-of-day reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Train new team members on cafe procedures, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the cafe.
  • Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring all food and beverages meet Career.zycto's high standards.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints professionally, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.

Required Skills
