Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of various food items, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and simple meal assembly, following strict recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and proper storage of food items.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP principles).
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, rotating, and stocking supplies.
