Key Responsibilities
- Prepare serving stations by arranging food items, condiments, and utensils attractively and hygienically.
- Serve food portions to customers according to established guidelines and special requests.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and reconcile daily sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing salads, or brewing beverages.
- Monitor food levels and temperatures, restocking as needed to ensure continuous service and food safety.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling, storage, and waste disposal.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve minor customer concerns courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks, inventory checks, and securing food items.
Required Skills
