Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices and special requests.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently to customers.
- Ensure all serving stations are stocked, clean, and well-organized before, during, and after service hours.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, operating POS systems as required.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the cafeteria dining area and serving stations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, portioning, and garnishing when needed.
- Monitor food levels and temperatures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or food safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
