Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, following established portion control and hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling salads, or preparing sandwiches under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria, dining areas, and serving stations throughout the shift.
- Operate cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash float (training provided).
- Restock food items, beverages, and supplies as needed, ensuring all display areas are well-presented.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food handling regulations and company policies.
- Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen clean-up duties when required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
- Communicate any customer feedback or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
